Being on the photoshop team for Friends
of Ed was the best and most rewarding opportunity. As a Technical Reviewer
I've shared my views and thoughts with the authors, performed and critiqued
their tutorials (including their specs before they've written the books),
while at the same time have picked up new techniques and effects. The most
rewarding experience has been when I've given my view on how a tutorial
can be improved and then the tutorial was re-written based on my suggestions.

My responsibilities as a Technical Reviewer:
• Performed all tutorials and techniques and
reported on the following areas: technical accuracy, approach, methodologies,
techniques and style.
• Performed critical reviews for authors. Commented on style,
structure of chapters, planned tutorials and content - with respect
to targeted audience and marketplace.
• Participated in Photoshop Forums throughout the web to learn
designers' most requested techniques and effects. |
